Yo Gotti was born on 19 May 1981, in Memphis, Tennessee, United States, He is 41 years old as of 2022. He was raised in a middle-class family, his father was a Zimbabwean who used to work as a gym instructor, while his mother Geraldine Mims was of South African descent. He grew up in the infamous Ridgecrest apartments in the Fraser neighborhood in North Memphis.
